Swain Qualla SAFE provides free, safe, and confidential services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking in Swain County and the Qualla Boundary. We support survivors through comprehensive support & advocacy, public education, and community partnerships while working to prevent violence and promote safety throughout our community.

A safe place is more than four walls. It’s a foundation for a new beginning. At Swain Qualla SAFE, we provide survivors with:
- Confidential Emergency Shelter – A secure, private location for those escaping immediate danger.
- Survivor Support Networks – A community of peers and mentors who understand the journey.
- Holistic Healing Programs – From therapy and wellness workshops to financial literacy training, we help survivors rebuild their confidence and independence.
